Leaders of multicultural schools are operating within a loosely defined, specialty niche of education. Conflicts may occur at schools, but a conflict management style, is an activity and the degree of its effectiveness determines the type of impact of conflict on school performance. The leadership context of these schools is often filled with complex tensions between opposing forces. Cultural diversity is reflected in many schools, therefore it is a need for the school principals the education programs, emphasizing teacher attitudes. The understanding of cultural diversity in education, where that population comes from various countries and speaks many languages, is very important for the school principals because cultural diversity is reflected in the schools.
