This volume offers the opportunity to play along to 21 all-time favourite melodies including Mozart's Es klinget so herrlich (It Rings Out so Joyfully), Grieg's Morning Mood as well as Mary Had a Little Lamb and various Christmas songs. The CD includes full versions of these simple arrangements as well as play-along versions on the same tracks. This allows children to play along to the full version and develop confidence before going solo. For the circus pieces, both versions appear on separate tracks. The live recordings with flute, piano or band will encourage students to play in different ensembles.
