Can a student's involvement in activities on campus help them develop the types of leadership skills necessary for success in the 21st Century? Included in the pages within are the results of a campus-wide study of student leadership development designed to answer that question. Data was collected as part of the inaugural Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership and examined the specific demographic (gender, race, year in school) and involvement factors that served as the most significant predictors of high scores on a test of student leadership development.
