ANTONIO GEORGIEV MD MSc PhD, Cardiologist, The coronary artery disease is number one ?killer? in the world. This disease is a global challenge which needs global solution. There is a need of global action in order to achieve global success. Finally, I would like to sum up with a quote by Aristotle (384-322 B. C.), the greatest philosopher of Ancient Macedonia, the father of science and philosophy: "Everything we do is with an intention to do something else". I hope that this work will stimulate new ideas, new types of research aiming to the well-being of the human kind on Earth and to the future generations that come.
