Entrepreneurship in Education: an Agency - Professional Orientation Services Bisera Mavric

This work explores opportunities and challenges for processes and scientific procedures of professional orientation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Education as one of the leading factors of economic development and improvement of this society deserves fare more significance. In that context professional orientation should be seen as an interdisciplinary activity and unavoidable factor of directing and acting human resources. By proposing an adequate entrepreneurship form of ?Agency for provision of professional orientation services? this work strives to overcome existing obstacles in the most neglected area of Bosnia and Herzegovina education. Starting with relevant professional demands for existence of this kind of Agency, through strategic analysis, an adequate entrepreneurship form of ?Agency for providing professional orientation services? is proposed. Suggested entrepreneurship form i.e. professional organization, properly corresponds with the model of open market economy. Finally, since the focus in professional organization is technology, in this particular case: psychological instruments and methods, the last part of the work determinate and explains suggested ones in detail.
