Since its Inception, the ICC is seized of five situations; Uganda, DRC, CAR, Darfur and Kenya. The court already faces challenges in its work and these range from a complimentarity hurdle, failures in state cooperation, inability to execute arrest warrants and failure to impact the lives of Victims and affected communities. The Court, especially in Africa faces the challenge of non- cooperation from the Supra National Bodies like the African Union especially inexecuting the Al Bashir arrest Warrant. In this book, the Author proposes some solutions that the court can adopt to improve its work in Africa.
