Owing to the importance of tetrachlorophthalimides as good ?-glucosides inhibitors which decrease glucose level in blood and their uses as potentially valuble for various diseases,we aimed in the present studies to synthesize another classe of new tetrachloroheterocyclic compounds such as tetra-chloroquinazolindione derivatives. Also the biological activity of some of these synthesized compounds was tested on some of bacteria such as Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus Subtilis which gives a good result.
