In Namibia, most studies favors most valuable commercial fish species. This has resulted in a poor understanding of less valuable fish species and could lead to their eventual depletion. Thus, this book disregard the commercial status of fish species composition to provide a better understanding of overall diversity taking into consideration the influence of environmental variability. The analysis has highlighted fascinating biodiversity trends in marine environment, and this should be highly useful to fishery managers and conservation scientists for better management of fisheries resources, or anyone else in fishery fields.
