Egypt, the 8th world aquaculture producer, the 1st Mediterranean, Middle East, Arab and Africa Aquaculture producer. Tilapia, the fish of miracles or the aquatic chicken became the 2nd world freshwater aquaculture species after carps. Egyptian tilapia production represented more than 60% of total fisheries production in 2011. Nile tilapia is the fastest growing tilapia species, and constitutes more than 90% of cultured fish species in Egypt. However, the importance of studying the opportunities of improving tilapia production performances on hatcheries management and fry nursing and production using underground water in Egypt desert for Egypt desert sustainable Agriculture-Aquaculture integration development and supplying the great need of early rearing season fingerlings under different farming scales for technical and economical evaluations to be inserted in fish farming projects for youth and could solve the mass fingerlings overwintering mortalities in Egypt delta tilapia aquaculture. There is one way or another for new Egypt sustainable tilapia aquaculture development and all can be started with YY, GIFT, Bioflocs and desert sustainable aquaculture technologies transferring.
