Feronia Limonia (L.) Swingle (Kaith): Phytochemical Screening and Chromatographic Evaluation Prabhat Khare

The project deals with quantitative chemical analysis of the ethanol extract of leaves of Feronia limonia (Kaith) by preliminary phytochemical screening for different types of chemical constituents followed by qualitative chemical test to give general idea regarding the nature of constituents present in crude drug. Further the studies is followed by isolation of chemical constituents by chromatographic technique and evaluation was done using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and High Performance Thin Layer chromatography (HPTLC).
