Emotional intelligence and self efficacy have attracted a good deal of attention from scholars because they are associated with successes in academic, work, personal relationship and better overall life quality. However little was known about the efficacy of the intervention programmes on the two concepts, hence the necessity for this work. All in all, this work provides an international readership with a thought provoking glimpse into the variables treated in the study.
