Aligarh is a city situated in Utter Pradesh one of the northern state of India. Aligarh City is known as ?Mecca of Education? due to the Asia level renowned Central University ?Aligarh Muslim University? is situated here. It has world level status in Locks so it is called as ?City of Locks?. This study is an endeavor to realize the economic and social dynamics of individuals in Aligarh city. The facet of the analysis of education, employment, income and the complex personality of relationship with social welfare have been analyzed mainly on the basis of information collected from the self conducted ward level household survey during 2010-2011. This book measures the quality of life where education, employment and income directly or indirectly related with it. This book is associated with Socio-Geo-Management which is the study of spatial distribution of social welfare. This book discusses the quality of environment as a partial reflection of the social well-being at micro-units.
