We were truly honored when asked to consider publish Clinical Pediatric Dr.neeraj jain and dr. vibha mangal has educated and enlightened pediatricians, family practitioners, medical students, residents, nurses and other allied pediatric care providers for decades. It is our hope that this tradition will continue, and we have made every effort to maintain the practicality, relevance and usability of the text. The therapeutic armamentarium for pediatrics disease has broadened, with further elucidation of mechanisms of disease . We are indebted to several individuals, without whom this work would not have been possible. To the staff at Lambart, most notably D mangu, who worked tirelessly to meet the many demands of two finicky academicians. To our patients, who continue to educate us on a daily basis and place their trust in us to provide them care.
