Less developed region strongly related to poor people live on it. Less developed condition of a region gives the implication to the low level of productivity in a community. The low level of productivity, eventually will direct to increasing the level of poverty in a community. Less developed condition in a region, will affecting the way of life and the way how people treat to the resources among them. That is way poverty linked very closely with environment degradation. Poverty type will be different depend on each country or region characteristics and so do resources. To initiate poverty eradication must be start with poverty characteristic identification. In this term, identification of less developed condition is one way to overview poverty in broader aspect in order to understand poverty problem. Along with it, identification of natural resource as community livelihood must be arranged in a good database. Through an Information System, data and information can be quickly accessed and can give exact and deeper understanding on the problem occurred. The accuracy of data and information can be applied in poverty problem solving and it is not so difficult to be done.
