Ultrasound is the best initial imaging modality in evaluating patients with suspected liver diseases. It can also help us in the diagnosis and characterization of focal hepatic masses. The study carried in 2011 in (Institute of Nuclear Medicine, Molecular biology and Oncology) ? Gazera University ? Sudan. The goal of this study is to know and evaluate the role of ultrasound in the diagnosis of malignant tumours of the liver in Sudanese population and the correlation between the clinical information and malignant tumours of the liver. This monograph book contains the followings chapters: Chapter one : deal with the synopsis Chapter two: literature review (anatomy, physiology, normal appearance of liver &pathology, Chapter three: classification of malignant tumours of liver , Chapter four: data presentation and analysis, Chapter five: discussion & conclusion, Finally, references and appendix.
