The lexicon "On syntax" has been preserved in one manuscript of the 10th century - in the precious codex Paris. Coisl. gr. 345. The lexicon was compiled between the end of 6th century and the beginning of 9th century. It is of interest on the one hand because of its 728 quotations, mostly from classical authors. On the other hand, it is an important witness in the Greek lexicographic tradition. The lexicon is an original work; no previous compilations have been incorporated. The present study represents its relations to the rest of the Greek syntactic lexicons, some of which have been transmitted in numerous manuscripts.
