This Work offers a proposal of understanding of what a human being is and of a civilizing organization to achieve the realization of the ideal of true freedom; concretion of the condition of person of every human being in practical reality. It offers an understanding at individual level in order to pass to precepts of collective organization in political, educational and economic matters. The book as a whole is an emblem, that is, the author does not speak just about himself even when he seems to. The first four chapters of CIVILA deal with these transformations at the individual level to justify the necessary ones in our collective structures. The transition of these principles to the collectivity passes through a correct understanding of good and "evil", hence chapters five and six. The practical principles for the collective are in chapters seven, eight and nine and are justified by the necessary transformations at the individual level explained in chapters one through six.
