The overall motive in this book is to highlight the capacities of the individual, starting with examples from schoolchildren and students, and highlight how we as humans experience learning situations related to our personality. When we examine learning processes, we can recognize what significant factors interpersonal relations are in learning and human development. The book has four leading purposes: The first is to focus on the differences and functions of individuals regarding to learning, relations and interaction. The second is to provide a research-based foundation for understanding different educational processes from both the teacher's and student's perspective. The third purpose is to highlight the importance of interaction in developing relationships. The fourth purpose is to develop understanding of the multifaceted leadership, particularly leadership in educational organizations as well as inter-individual and intra-individual relationships.
