The monograph discusses issues related to the origin of terrorism, its transformation into a global problem of our time. We study the conceptual apparatus of the problem, the social basis of modern terrorism, the factors and conditions of terrorist activity, the motives and psychotypes of terrorists, the legal and organizational foundations of countering terrorism in the modern world.
