People sometimes say "Trust your instincts," "Follow your heart" or "Listen to your inner voice." My belief is that these feelings and inner voices are the same, namely Subs. Recognizing your Subs is, in my opinion, a wonderful tool to gain more insight to who you are, and why you behave in certain situations. It can also help to change behavior or reaction patterns that are holding you back from doing what you really want to do. It also teaches you to look more lovingly at your inner dialogues, and not to be ashamed of so-called weird ideas and wishes. With all the distractions around us and the inner conflicts we have, the questions are: How can we listen to our inner wisdom? How can we tune in to that? When you are trained to listen to your inner voices, you can make better and faster decisions, and problems can be solved more easily. This allows us to live a more meaningful and happy life. All of this sounds great, but how do you do it?I have written this book to help you recognize and embrace your inner voices. I describe my process, my thoughts, my discoveries, and my Subs: what my Subs mean to me, how they help me and how they warn me when needed. By sharing my experience, I hope it helps YOU find your own way to discover your Subs and let your inner voices help you.
