Praising Through Pain Evette Jones

No one is exempt from going through storms in life. And we are often so surprised when these storms come. God has a purpose for everything we go through. Romans 8:28 tells us "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Because we love Him, everything we go through will work out for good. It may not feel like it when we are going through our storms, but if we make up in our minds to keep our mind and focus on God and begin to praise Him in the midst of our pain, in the midst of our storms, He will do just what His word says. In my lowest and darkest moments in life, I know had it not been for God, had it not for me praising Him and focusing on Him, I would have lost my mind. You may be in a dark season of your life right now, and if you are, allow the words within to encourage you to keep going. God is not finished with you yet.
