Who Do You Think You Are?: Dealing with Imposter Syndrome When Turning Your Passion to Profit

HOW DO YOU SEE YOURSELF?
"Have you ever looked at an opportunity and thought "there is no way I can do that, not even half of it"? Yes, there is a possibility that you genuinely are not cut out for it, or that you simply do not have what it takes, but what is the case when you absolutely can?"
Anyone can experience imposter syndrome. It can arise from you simply being a perfectionist, to seeing the concept of asking for help as a sign of failure, or you not being enough, to simply struggling at anything.
For a long time, I struggled with the feeling of not being good enough and I still do, but I have learned to shift from a mind space of believing without a doubt that my talent or my skills could not amount to anything, to being able to face challenges headfirst and be comfortable and confident enough to ask for help when I need to.
Self-worth plays such a huge part in the way our life turns out and in whom we become and when that self-worth is damaged by the things we hear, the things we see, and the things we think, we owe it to ourselves to do what we can to see ourselves better.
Join me on this journey of regaining self-identity and self-worth. Imposter Syndrome never goes away because we would always encounter things and moments and challenges bigger than we are and that is part of our growth process, but how we tackle the feeling makes a world of difference.
