Dakota Norwood grew up in a small coal town of Eastern Kentucky. A home with family values and a father who worked hard through blood, sweat, and tears. One evening riding her horse on a famous trail known as The Cherokee Trail Dakota will get the warning of a lifetime from a spirit in the past little did she know the tragedy that would rain down on her little hometown when a fatal mining accident takes place and as life continues to prepare for the future the big man comes knocking to take away from the working man and Dakota will have to take a stand for what is right.
