This book was originally written in 2015. I decided to expand on it. It is only a brief history of geology. I didn't want it to be a catalogue of just facts and dates. Nor did I want it to be short biographies of the players within. I attempted to tie it in with my own experiences as a geologist as well as address misunderstandings. It also contains my views on certain things like philosophy v. science.
