The poems are ingeniously woven in beautiful figurative language. A keen reader of the poems would recognize the elevated quality of the images through the brilliant use of figurative language. In other words, there is a subtle "injection of solution oriented images in the poems even in the midst of horrific religious, political, economic, and social tensions." The poet takes on the traditional role of a town crier, denouncing the shifting norms in the society, with a view to effecting a positive change. According to P.
