After witnessing her mother kill her father, right in front of Her eyes, Jamila grows up to become a murderous queen pin known as, First Lady. Her longtime boyfriend, Ammo comes home from prison with murder on his mind. With more than enough money and power at their-disposal, First Lady and her lover begin painting the city of Philly red, while killing anybody who gets in their way.
