Unfortunately, many people hide their thoughts and emotions. Everyone has their own reasons, whether it is out of self-preservation, their trauma response, or whatever else it could be. It actually doesn't serve them at all, for expressing one's self is the beauty of what being human is all about. I have always taken pride in my self-expression, even if it comes in a wide range of creative thunderstorms and brilliant golden hour sunsets. I find that different weather inspired different emotions. That's what this little book is about.
