Physics is a huge subject. There are many branches of physics including electricity, astronomy, motion, waves, sound, and light. Physics studies the smallest elementary particles and atoms as well as the largest stars and the universe. Also, it is a subject of school from elementary to highest level of education.
This book is about electricity and magnetism. Your seventh grader might not immediately want to study this branch of physics but if you present him/her with this educational tool, then maybe learning would come in instantly.
