"Looking for spiritual Truth" is autobiographical, and it tells the author's story and his slow and rational approach towards subtle energies and esoterism. As an engineering student, keen on quantum physics, he had to face situations that gradually led him to leave skepticism and excessive rationality behind, succeeding to cope with bio-energy and esoterism without any prejudices. Thanks to experiences such as Hata Yoga and Tao Yoga, he got to know subtle energies - something he never knew before; always looking for rational explanations and physics formulas in order to understand the mechanism behind those phenomena, he got more and more into the esoteric field, getting to know the practice of Reiki, a discipline that will lead him - in the following years - to become a Master. His university days were characterized by many esoteric experiences, meetings with spiritual guides of great depth, and studies in the bio-energetic, spiritual, and esoteric fields. Assiduous practitioner of O. B. E. (or "astral travels"), he narrates his most important adventures in this field, first as a novice, and then as an expert of astral dimensions. His path is full of experiences that will ultimately guide him to the Way of St. James, a path that the author himself walks twice, looking for truth (that's where the title comes from).
