Have you ever attached a pair of roller skates to a table, upturned, and placed a beer keg on them to see if you can automate rolling a keg around? No? Good. Don't. It makes no sense. Take it from us, we tried it, only to find out that it was not even necessary to roll that keg. For about two years, we lay violent hands on the usual ways of home brewing and ruthlessly eliminated all unnecessary steps and modified all the ones that could be shortened or made easier. The result of this work is a book about taking the tedium out of beer making at home. The goal was to always have a keg of freshly brewed beer and literally never run out of it, but also to eliminate the pain, mess and risk associated with the traditional process.
