This book contains the initial curriculum of the art of A. F. Walker which was taught to him by his teacher, Kushubi Sensei who was taught by both Ahnan (Lao Leong) and Koken Oyadamuri. These forms were designed on the format of what was considered the lost dance of Unibu, which in fact, is not lost at all. This book contains the curriculum which functions as the bridge between the Chinese gung fu and the Okinawan karate which came from Ahnan who was a Chinese martial arts practitioner.
