'My Grief is like the Wind' is a poem of words and pictures cutting deep into the despair, hopelessness, pain and devastation of loss. It is a heartfelt outpouring in the eye of the storm; of rage, disbelief, jealousy and torment. Of grief as raw and bitter as the strongest gale. Yet as the wind abates and the first waves of grief lose some of their intense power, there are stirrings of hope, a glimmer of a future that the wind cannot destroy.
