The author describes his experiences as a teenaged disc jockey from age 14-24, and the many memorable moments, shaping his future, and that of his fellow baby boomers. It was the height of AM radio's popularity, and local radio was more pervasive than even Facebook is today. The songs we requested, and listened to frae the backdrop of our lives, and serve to evoke many fond and vivid memories. Sullivan, who went on the become a lawyer and a politician, has written three other books, including his autobiography " Pee Not Your Pants- Memoirs of a small town Mayor with big time ideas", and Forks in the road vol I and Ii, compendiums of eulogistic paens to leading local lights in his hometown of Oswego, NY. This disc jockey memoir is an extension of his autobiography.
