Love encounters, abroad: when an accidental encounter, beyond the border, suddenly and uncontrollably ignites the flame of desire, of senses, of passion. The stories collected in the book, with light and fun writing, tell three different situations of the same type, in which an encounter abroad triggers, sometimes with an eventual surprise, such a sudden fire in the respective protagonist, who each time is an Italian male traveling abroad: in "ACCIDENTAL CRUISE TRAVELER", he is a young man at his first experiences both of travel and relationships with the other sex who, having happened on a lucky cruise across the Mediterranean, must learn to curb his youthful impulses;in "GREEK EPIC" (winner of the 'European Land' Special Prize at the 'InediTO 2020 - Turin Hills' Literary Competition), he's a young husband taken by transgressive, shocking, and unusual-for-him cravings in the waters of Hydra, the enchanting island of Greece;in "CAROL, BESIEGED ALL NIGHT", he is a more mature professional who happens to struggle in London with an unexpected relationship problem and 'generation gap'. The Author is a novel Italian writer, who has already received several awards in Italy. His gaze is amused and ironic, but also indulgent and even understanding with the characters, careful in grasping and describing (never in a vulgar way) the passages of the amorous passion's birth and growth.
