My book explains how, in as little as 5 minutes, while relaxing in your own home, you can end the torment of athlete's foot and other fungal infections such as 'jock itch' without the use of drugs or chemicals. Severe infections will require a longer period of treatment. The treatment requires minimal effort and causes absolutely no pain. I am not aware of any other remedy that kills the infection and promotes subsequent healing as quickly.
