Because of the Indigenous people's simple lifestyle, and the ways they lived in harmony and balance with their environment and all other living things, the Europeans considered them to be primitive, savages, and subhuman. But in matters of Spirituality and the Great Spirit's Creation, little did the Europeans know that the Indigenous inhabitants were far more advanced than them.
