Crystal L. G. Hilliard is a licensed social worker. She obtained a master's degree in social work from Aurora University and a master's degree in Gerontology (the study of the aging process) from the University of Central Missouri. Having been raised by a single mother, Crystal spent much time with her Grandmother and remembered sharing many great memories with her. Crystal is a fictional children book author who wants to remind the world of the importance of the grandparent-grandchild relationship. Grandparents play a vital role in a child's life and can teach a child about past ways of life, give wisdom, give guidance, and create new and fun experiences.
