When the word of God comes, there are exact things that it is able to do in the life of those who hear, believe, receive and act on it. Take note, that the word of God comes to you doesn't mean that it will change you. You must hear it, you must believe that it is true, you must receive of the instructions that come with the word and you must be diligent to apply it. If you do this, no power in existence will stop the word of God from finding expression. Often times, the challenge is that believers just hear and they believe that because they have heard, it should work and they keep wondering why the word of God is not producing the kind of results that it should produce. The word of God must be heard and it must be believed. When you hear the word of God and argue with the truth that is being taught, you do that at your own detriment. The presence of God is not where we argue with the word of God. The word of God comes to challenge our mindsets, it comes to challenge our ideologies, it comes to shake our convictions so that any other conviction that we have that is not consistent with the word of God should be allowed to give way. This is very difficult because often times, we have belt our entire lives on our ideologies. It could be cultural, it could be territorial, it could be intellectual, it could be as a result of our failures of the past or our experiences and all of these have become strongholds. So, when the word of God comes, it doesn't come to meet an empty mind, it meets a mind with informations already. But then, it comes to challenge what you already have. You have a role to play. You can choose to prefer what you already hold on to above the word of God and the word of God will return back quietly because it was rejected. The Bible says doth not wisdom cry? But if you receive it, it is able to replace that which you have. This is because the Bible says as a man thinketh, so is he. In other words, your life is a reflection of your convictions. Your life is a reflection of your ideologies. Read This Book and be Blessed
