I have recently come to the difficult but honest conclusion that we are "recycling," not "restoring." The apostolic ministry looks today just as it did forty years ago. Younger people are excited about restoration of apostles and prophets much like we were excited about it many years ago. My excitement has waned."I declare from the beginning how it will end and foretell from the start what has not yet happened.
