The Ombudsman Office Sarah Mirembe

The overall objective of the research is to understand the operations of the office of the Classical Ombudsman and determine the possibility of creating a framework for establishing and institutionalizing the Ombusman's office within governments of African nations where it is inexistent. Secondly, to strengthen the Ombuds' office where it is existing and operating within governments like Uganda. If effective, the Ombuds office can work along other governmental bodies to expand and engineered; social, economic, and political development within a country.
