The Bullied Girl Tamia Mills

Tamia is an introvert who is excited about her first day in pre-kindergarten until she is confronted by some kids bullying her. She tries to be strong in front of the kids, but she misses her mom too much and finds herself crying. Each day gets better as her mom encourages her. Tamia comes out of her shell little by little and she learns how to fit in with others who treat her differently, such as-praying for her friends, -speaking her affirmations, -and sharing with others. Tamia also uses kindness to help her overcome bullying. In the 4th grade Tamia realizes how much she has grown from her experiences and standing up for herself. Most importantly she keeps her faith and trust in God to help her overcome her biggest stressor, a bully named Riley.
