This booklet of small-sided games covers a wide range of training games that seek to develop the ability of players in key areas. The games are presented in a manner that attempts to isolate possible real-game scenarios and replicate them on the training ground. These scenarios include (but are not limited to) one on one duels (attack and defense), keeping possession, winning possession, positioning, combination play, etc. This helps to prepare the players suitably for most of the situations that they will face on matchday while also developing core skills to achieve well-rounded ability both defensively and in the attack.
