Presidential candidate, Jason Redding, has the picture perfect life. A beautiful wife, thirty-six-old, Vanessa Redding, and adorable twins named Amber and Kyle. Jason is a made-for-camera politician, and is considered a rock star in Washington, D. C. With Jason's alleged killer on the loose, Vanessa must help the police find him and manages to weave a story of hatred between Jason and his largest political foe, Ronald Dawson, which leads to a conviction. Vanessa doesn't need to look over her shoulder any longer, afraid she might be fingered as the murderess, at least until Dawson wins his appeal by overturning the conviction, and is out of jail to stalk her and unmask her true identity. Not the girl-next-door everyone has come to love, but a woman who committed this heinous crime and who became driven by political power and a way of life that will cause her to take drastic action and get her just desserts.
