A girl called Joy is lying on a wild beach of a small island in the Indian Ocean. She has a plastic bag filled with helium over her head. Within a minute, Joy will fall asleep. In five minutes, her brain will be irreversibly damaged. In ten, she'll be dead.

Unless, of course, someone rips the bag eight minutes in, ruining everything.
