HELLO EVERYONE. Everything you are, do and own, is based on the decisions you´ve made, do and will do soon. This counts for every area of your life. Your health, your happiness, your relationships, your work, your habits and the environment. Every single day is a new chance, another gift and an unique opportunity to create more meaning for living. Every single day, we can turn bad into good habits, we can work on our strengths and relationships, and we can increase the inner connection to ourselves. This is all up to us. Everyone has the same 24 hours every single day. Two years ago, I´ve made a decision. I knew, if I ever want to be(come) happy and healthy again, I have to change it all. I had to let go of everything I once believed in, lived by and was addicted to. And I did it. This was THE BEST DECISION of my life and the start for THE AWARENESS RAISING REVOLUTION which I want to create. You are important and your life matters as much as the life of every other fellow human. With the movement I´ll hopefully create, I want to prevent, protect and safe other people from feeling the pain, desperation, emptiness and unawareness which I´ve felt and lived by for more than 10 years. I hope you aren´t afraid to share your own story, because you deserve to be seen and heard.
