The Genesis Trilogy as a whole is a project that focuses on grief, and how our understandings of ourselves and the world we live in are changed as we brush paths with grief for the first time. Metamorphosis focuses on the shifting nature of memory and a newfound disdain for a capitalistic 9-to-5 lifestyle in a mid-pandemic world. An attempt is made to reorganize and move forward with life.
