The core of the book Galatians is Sonship-the fruit of the Gospel. It's a dissertation on the Sonship of God and how such translates into the daily life of the Believer. It all is, as Paul lays out, unearned and undeserved. Christ came to make us sons (or daughters) of God and this is the place from which we are to live out our lives before God. We know this for a fact; "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name..." (John 1:12). In this commentary on Paul's letter to the Galatians, we examine in detail the truths of both Justification and Sanctification by Faith, God's greatest call to humanity in the context of Sonship before God.
