Talk about a rude wake up call. After escaping the asylim, Phil was thrown into an adventure he really didn't want to be part of. The Gods of Balance had fought a war, decimating the planet, and for some reason, a few of the remaining Gods were after him!The God of War, Arubis, was hunting him down, while using the Gods of Fire and Blood as his personal errand boys. Throw in a few near death experiences, some deadly enemies and even more close encounters of the God kind, and Phil was about at the end of his teather. But he's had help. Riva Stevenson's daughter, Reese, a werefolk/vampire hybrid, has been there for him. Then Stone, Rose, Bones and others have helped, too. But, just as he was hoping to get free of all of his issues, Phil hit his head. Hard. Very hard. And then it all fell into place. Arubis was hunting him because Phil is actually his direct opposite. Phil is Crane, God of Peace. Like he doesn't have enough problems!
