Finding Peace Everywhere Trey Carland

This Trey character, as I sometimes call him, has been called to share insights gleaned from daily life along the pathless path of awakening. These writings feel more like they were written for Trey, and not by Trey, as a way to help integrate these non-dual teachings and insights. That said, there are a growing number of people who resonate with the non-dual teachings and are seeking to apply these teachings in their daily lives, which is what most of this book entails. Much of the writing is dualistic in nature, in that it assumes there is a you and a me. I have come to see that is untrue and some of the later chapters in the book focus more on that experience of selflessness that you may have felt, or will feel. You could say the writings in this book, which took place over an eight year period, represent a deepening clarity on what's truly going on here and what non-duality really means. Rather than scrap all of the dualistic writing in light of the clearer understanding of non-duality, the impulse was to share this writing with the world to see if it can assist "others" on their journey. My hope is that readers who are looking for peace, and ultimately awakening, will find these words helpful and be guided to look for the Truth with their own direct experience. Following along vicariously with this Trey character's path could very well assist the awakening of consciousness in "you." Much of the writing has to do with how Trey's deepening clarity positively impacted the story. But, in the end, it's still just a story: -).
