My First Animal Counting Book is a book written and illistrated by a kid for kids. Gabriella Mayo was 7 years old when she decided she wanted to write a counting book to help teach other little kids how to count in a fun way. She loves art and to write and thought this would make counting more fun for little children. She also has a little sister who she wanted to help to teach counting, and while writing this book she taught her 2 year old sister how to count up to 12!Such an inspiration!
